Membership in The Kitchen DSM also comes with food service rights into The Hall. Our members not only build their brands, they also commit to helping us with the training program. In addition, our apprentices develop and own menus for sale in The Hall where 100% of the net proceeds go directly to the JLF. Our food service program is developed under the guidance of our Director of Culinary Operations, Sean Wilson who known as one of the Top 50 chefs in the United States.
